Mesa has come and gone. As usual, a great show and auction. Attendance was strong and quite a bit of business was accomplished. Now, on to Fort Worth for Old West Events and lots of travel for me. I usually attend 1 or 2 national shows a month. If you have a firearm or group of firearms that you believe has some value as an antique collectible or has some historical significance, give me a call or send an e-mail. I would be happy to stop in while I'm in the neighborhood. Or, send a photo and I will get back to you within 24 hours. Both Mesa and Fort Worth auctions have featured historical pieces and collector grade American firearms and done well for the consignors. I could also purchase your items, if an auction does not suite your purposes. I am available for contact every day.
Obviously the biggest news for Frontier Americana is the new, technologically improved and easier to use web site. Now, along with other improvements, access by means of hand held devices is facilitated! Additions to the items for sale have lagged badly during the process of transferring to the new site, but we will start expanding listings as soon as possible.
I am firearms consultant at Brian Lebel’s Old West Events. Now I can offer the option of consigning to either of the two best Old West events that exist. There are many great auctions out there but Brian’s auctions have real pluses for firearms owners. A rifle, shotgun or pistol of yours will not be lost in a blur of 3000 other firearms. The consignment fee is negotiable, all inclusive and has no hidden fees. Your piece will have access to a different universe of purchasers. Not only gun enthusiasts but western antique, western art and American Indian collectors are dedicated followers of our auctions. Often, collectors in these disciplines purchase items outside their direct interests to accent their collections.
Providing an enjoyable, mutually successful auction experience is our goal. "Reputation Matters"
