8.15x46R, 217361, 30 inch fluted barrel, blue and case color finish, ornately carved "Schutzen" style walnut stock, original sight, front globe sight contemporary, double set triggers, lever releases trigger group for removal, made by C. Stiegele, Munich, late 1800's, includes dies and brass.
Stiegele and his son, Carl, jr, were known for firearms individually hand made for the notables of that time. This rifle has a crest in gold on the trigger guard.
Condition: mint bore, 99% barrel blue, 99% vivid case color on receiver and butt plate, excellent wood, excellent mechanically, excellent excellent marks.
